Well better home security tbf. Sturdier doors, bulletproof windows as a standard, steel bolt locks, floodlights outside your home that turns on when sensing motion... there's lots of ways tbh. But having to be worried about a hypothetical scenario isn't really feasible when it hasn't happened yet. The odds of finding a psychopath who wants to kill you is actually astronomically low.

It should be mandatory 15 day waiting list, a psychological check, a criminal history listing, firearm safety course, and most of all, a certified registered license to carry firearms that can be found in a government database. But these Republicans think this is just a step too far
