I've learned to understand work is too stressful for folks and lighten up a bit on that front. Just want folks to strive for the best

Naw....my dad installed a work ethic....he was the oldest in his family and he was working since he was 13.

As soon I turned 14, my Dad got me a job. He was always puttin' me to work though and now I'm doin' well
