Yeah, I had a song about media coverage that I wrote in 15 minutes after I watched with my cousin who is a pro musician the Travon Martin stuff and we made a song in half an hour, 15 for the lyrics, and 15 for the entire instrumental.

I think one of those lyrics was "Fox News couldn't give two fucks man, business suit fuckin Ku Klux Klan".

Yeah I used to battle, but I was too naive.....I thought freestyle was making shit up on the spot, and everyone else had pre writtens and I'm like "word?"

Here I was just looking at the guy waiting for a rhyme I can flip and what they wearing and all of a sudden these guys were spitting like complicated Rakim type lines and had punchlines......I was so amateur.

First time I ever won a battle, I got free drinks all night......was a grad party I was too young to be at......but someone put me stage, and ofcourse the live band knew the Lose Yourself chords lol
