Reigns was being groomed by alien Vince as the one humanity could fully trust, as all others failed him (Hogan, Cena). When he was ready, he would be taken to Vince's home planet, cloned into an army of slave soldiers, and sent back to Earth to facilitate a mostly-peaceful takeover
