tbh I never been one to go to a doctor unless it’s something extremely bad and painful. So that honestly just made me less likely to even go. But if I was ever in enough pain, I’d go. My problem with sleeping is I can’t shut my mind off tbh. Like I start thinking of everything while laying down, thinking of dumb shit. Which is why I think if I get something to mellow me out at night I’ll sleep good
