Like why did I download and burn The Wedding Ringer?

One of my friends in high school had like over 200 movies all burned illegally on discs that his grandpa gave him, I always joked with him that one was gonna be mislabeled and he was gonna get a porn movie one time lol

She had so many good movies that he hadn't even seen, I remember watching Fight Club with him for the first time bc I was saying he needed to watch it and he was like "oh I have it actually"

We had to switch to disc 2 halfway through the movie but still

I remember he also predicted the twist not long before it was revealed but just long enough for me to gaslight the fuck out of him and make him think he was dumb for thinking it was possible before it finally happenses

Yeah, same with me. Looking through, at least, 30 movies that I just did. I haven't watched a single one.

What I never understood having met his grandpa once, was who taught that man how to burn DVDs bc he did not seem like the type lol

Another funny story: my parents used to burn CDs from limewire downloads all the time and I remember one time my mom was trying to do it with a DVD and couldn't get it to work. Realized in hindsight years later it was bc she was still trying to burn it to a CD....not a DVD

lol, yeah I've seen that happen before.

I once or twice in my life bought blank "dvds" off of amazon, only to mistakenly buy one or two stakes of blank CDs.

That always sucked

That's at least a mistake, my mom just thought they were the same thing bc they looked the same lol

 

[Chris]

At least I never had to worry about being accused of putting viruses on our computer with these activities happening

We got one once and my mom just blamed my dad's sketchy fantasy football and wrestling dirt sheets sites which probably also wasn't true but fine with me lol
