they've retroactively changed this to not have them as co champions too, very recently as well I believe

The Freebird Rule says that more than two people can hold a tag title at the same time. It says nothing about them being allowed to be in the same match at the same time.

injuries still work too, treat it like a sub. Sometimes the sub isn't recognized as champ tho I don't really care either way
