Big companies will always try to stifle unions. My company did it years ago when the Brewing side of things tried to do it on their own. Crazy part the brewery the company has in another city is completely unionized.

It's even worse when corporations have continually scared the working class into thinking Unions are bad. They aren't inherently bad, but some are corrupt as sin. They are the outlier to the rule though
