Like really bad and it's why last year I was real bad in the depression area the entire year.

but I work every other Saturday and every Sunday so my work/life ratio sucks

been there. working weekends such a social drag

Definitely, especially when every other friend and family member you have works like a normal 5 days a week schedule.

And not having my own family and being single it's just like solo life most of the time.

I understand the struggle, i moved away from all my friends 2 years ago for my wifes school so thesocial part is extremely hard. i may be dead without this place and my wife

Thanks, and I think this year will be different for sure. Getting a surgery, losing weight, hopefully getting a better schedule or job. High hopes for this year, tbh.
