The 2023 edition will be split up into four quadrants: AEW, WWE, Impact Wrestling & Rest of the World - with All Elite Wrestling being our initial focus. With the intention of the top four ranked from each quadrant then being placed into a combined final sixteen featuring women from all four quads.

Realistically looking at it, considering ALL Women in Wrestling being possible to be in this, I think Rhea would barely make the Top 20 at most in this community.
