makes sense. my place is very run down because its old af and the floors etc need renovating but since electricity is included i dont make a fuss. we just made it nice with our stuff. bathroom needs some work though, but again, this place is temporary and its very comfortable and our propert manager is very reliable. she even helped me sell my car to someone she knew
