Sure, you can look at it that way. Tbh though, having Vince not in the driver's seat is basically same. We all grew up with Vince's WWE. Even if he'd die and Trips or Shane took over, it simply won't be the same.

Yes, and no. Stephanie was in charge of creative from 2000 to 2015 or so and Triple H ran NXT from 2012-2021. So there are are aspects there from different periods of WWE we knew before. Trips also didn’t change WWE completely. He still more or less tried to give WWE stability. This though I think will be completely different if no McMahons are involved.
