That is true, but I guess it was about a heel winning the Rumble and the Title at Mania, still being a heel.

The list of heel Rumble winners is very short. Yokozuna, HBK 95, Austin 97, McMahon 99, Batista 05 (technically but he was turning), Orton 09, Del Rio 11.

Yoko would be the only one. Flair won the title as a heel by winning the rumble but lost the championship at WrestleMania.
