Simple arm lock, it's taught to bouncers....you twist an arm, put one hand on their wrist and you other forearm on their tricep, and you can control where they go, and if they struggle or pull a weapon, you spin them and let go and they go running and falling into whatever direction you flung them.....legit learned that from a cop.
