He from the top of the lookout killed everyone not up there, which is some of the minor characters (like Bulma’s parents as an example, the world Tournament announcer, and some others) turned anyone on the lookout into chocolate, then Gohan, Piccolo, Trunks, and Goten die when Kid Buu blows up the earth
