We are told Regal will have a Vice President position in the company when he returns, but we have not heard what his official title/role will be.

Regal being Vice President of Talent Relations sounds about right actually. Everyone loves him and respects him and it's likely he'll take on a Jim Ross-esque role of assessing and suggesting talent to Trips

Not necessarily true, when JR was in the position, he had to go to every show considering he was also the announcer. If anything, he wouldn't have to travel much at all if they have competent agents and head producers.
