I’m not gonna be a dick to them when it’s not their fault. If it was their equipment, yeah I would demand it. But the router I have is one we have had since like 2007.

yeah. We got it when we moved out of my grandparents (his parents) house and had to get Internet for ourselves. That was 2007.

This more about them bein' your provider then any responsibility, I think you're owed a new router by this point. Already paid them for several years, it's just thing they'll do
