The fucking structure. I got hired in Feb to be asst advertising director. My boss (advertising director) then hires her own replacement 2 weeks ago, passing me up for the only reason I accepted the job. Just told the owner that she doesn't have an assistant (there is her replacement she's training(but her title is advertising liason), and then the actual assistant (me hired as assistant director of advertising)))...
