The re-reading was during one summer I was home with very limited internet tbf, I also 100% GTA V during that summer, like did legit all you could do in game. Gold medal'd every mission and all

I got bored of gaming....I mainly watch nerds breakdown movies I vaguely remember watching.

in college too just for fun, I got obsessed with game of thrones and had to learn all about the world lol and now he will never finish the last two and there will always be a void inside me bc of it

I had hope for Winds a few years ago but man idk anymore, he's too focused on the HBO stuff cause they're paying him so much lol like I even read these history style books House of the Dragon is based off of and they were fun but like can we please get the series finished first

the world he creates is pretty fucking unbelievable. Definitely a long read though

I really like the way he wrote the main ASOIAF series so much that it almost ruined other books for me ngl lol each chapter is written from certain characters POV and you know only what they know for the most part so it makes for such a cool read with only certain characters being POV ones
