I'm not very good at that but sometimes inspiration just hits me with some off the wall idea that pops tf out of me lol

I do at least try and give "unknowns" at the time that later become something original for realism tho, I'm not gonna just jump into their prime gimmick randomly

I did give RVD a stoner gimmick in 1994 ECW for like a month tho when he was still a jobber....then he broke his neck or back or something and was out for a whole year

I think I was still calling him Robbie V

One notable created character I can remember was when I turned Jean-Paul Levesque into Michael Draven in a 1995 WCW game... I can't quite remember the impetus for the switch though

I think my explanation was something having to do with Lord Steve Regal basically giving him the gimmick. Like, he influenced Triple H to portray himself as a snobby aristocrat.

But then when they broke up and began this blood feud, I had him come back as Michael Draven, which was a badass biker gimmick. That was mostly inspired by Triple H's badass denim and leather jacket from like 2000

One of my favorites was in the cverse, I turned this bland bubbly babyface into an alien hunter bc the alien stable portaled his manager into space in a cinematic match (she was pregnant and had to be written off). It was basically like if Elite Hunter Kaz was good and also fighting aliens instead

Booking that ZEN company was fun

the only real downside was I did not have the budget to successfully pull off a cinematic match so it was rated like a 25 but I did get a note that the performers did very well so it could have been even worse lmao

But The gimmick change and feud after was great, after I left the company they continued to push the guy and he was almost a full fledged main eventer last I checked that save
