yeah being self aware helps big time and probably also being in a good mental state or spot in life. most ppl get in trouble when they get in a bad rut and then get hooked on a stopgap that makes them feel good

I've quit weed cold turkey a couple times so I'm pretty confident I'm not "dependent" but I see no realistic reason to stop smoking at the moment so I don't see why I shouldn't lol

and when i did quit last time it was a straight hard out. i just love it and if i can live on my life without it affecting my life too negatively idgaf
