Yeah, I hated the remake Nightmare for the longest, but rewatching it they do certain right and more to the character so I grown to defend it like the friday remake

I didn't mind it myself either. I especially liked the Springwood Diner scene and the atmosphere. I can see why people don't like it though.

I can see why, but also I think some of them are just set in the mindset of "the original is the best and remakes suck", but you can hit them with a checkmate by meaning The Thing since it is a remake per say.

Yeah I like when they switch it up in the remakes and try something different, so it's why I could appreciate the NOES one because it was much darker.
