I also think, even though Vince probably wasn't thinking of it like this, but the whole idea was Vince trying to portray a character that the ECW fanbase could relate to, iirc. So his stereotype gimmick kinda makes sense for what a 60-something year old guy would think a young, urban crowd are looking for.
