Definitely illegal, but you positive? Cuz wherever you are wouldn't have allowed the building to be useable unless someone got paid off

at my old job the annual building inspect was done by the owner's friend. Roof was fucking falling in bro

Oh I'm certain it's one floor open plan no windows unless they count the locked blocked off door in front that goes into another section of the building.that has a side door.
