I think what hurt him was wrong place at the wrong time, and not to mention that post-Shield Break-Up he kind of... got pushed away from the Shield Storyline. Then him getting hurt also cost him several months where he could have cemented his status more.

its up there with 99 as my least favorite, def way more disappointing. 99 was just boring and then Vince won which is at least funny
