England's pretty good yeah, their navy is insane depending on which leader you picked

I fucked up and didn't settle on a coast early enough but since it was easy difficulty I still made up for it and was ruling the seas later in the game

Science victory still seems the easiest but supposedly one of the DLCs introduces climate change and I imagine that might nerf your rocket making abilities some
