I've got used to most returns not being a huge surprise anymore, but I do also go out of my way to read everything. So, it's kinda expected for me. I'm surprised Gargano was kept so secret. Like I didn't hear a peep about that on RAW.

That's what happens when you don't tell the wrestlers about any surprises or any of the agents. You want stuff to be a surprise? Keep it to your fucking self.
