TBH, it's been seven years since I been to a therapist. I told them about my anger issues, I confessed to attempting suicide my choking myself after a fight with my ex-stepdad in 2005 and the numerous times I punched myself in the head, even with my class ring on. All they did is prescribe me with pills, but with no refills. They didn't do enough to help me out.
