Well, it depends on what part you are eating actually. The flesh tastes similar to Pork. Maybe because our DNA is similar. Organs have their own tastes. The kidneys are probably the sweetest tasting, but have to damn near be cooked well done due to them being a filter

True, and yeah meant Pork instead of chicken, that was a botch on my part because I saw a chicken commercial and lost my thought, lol. But yeah, organs do have their taste and I know the liver would be one of if not the worse tasting one.
