But Kane helped Taker as well that was a hell of a storyline for them both.

Oh I agree that storyline ruled. I was big into it when I was 10

The only way Taker really woulda needed Kane is if there was no hot attitude era feud for him otherwise, and who's who's say bc we don't know what his alternatives were and that's pretty much his one main feud for those few years off and on

If anything, Taker's feud with Foley helped the character in the long run.

I'm not saying he wasn't I'm just saying Kane helped reinvigorate. I honestly think it gave Taker a storyline to really get his teeth into. I think that feud inspired him and a few of the subsequent major storylines.

He's the main one but I'm sure there's others we don't even know about that coulda had better careers who knows. DDP ended up getting hurt real bad in 2002 anyway so it's even a big what if with him too

DDP's WWE run was sad to say the least.

It was doomed both from a booking standpoint and from a backstage standpoint, and a lot of that really does have to do with Taker telling the other boys to isolate and push away DDP.

Yeah but that was what another 10-12 years down the road. But going Biker did help because he learned everyone wanted Taker or everyone wanted taker cause of Biker lol
