It just depends on how you book them and who they eventually beat. If you can book them as either a lovable underdog or a guy who almost wins but just keeps coming up short, they'll at least look like they just have bad luck. If you then have them shock a big name in the company who's willing to put em over, boom. You got an over guy. Think Waltman vs. Razor.
