It isn't my site, so I have no real say, but Smark is a softie and he wants things done by the book ya know.

I'd recommend not responding directly, they always get away with it bc they just point at stuff we've said (I'm including myself) that can technically be against the rules, and Smark will literally never ban someone if theyre in a full on rage war with a staff member, it's too bad of a look and people go straight to the "oh they were only banned bc they weren't like by staff" lie that Smark already has to deal with enough when there wasn't an actual staff member fighting with them
