They were supposed to have SP DLC. But then once GTA Online started making them assloads of money, that turned into the Doomsday, Casino, Lowrider/Benny's, El Perico, and all the weird alien/Chilliad shit. Literally, the code for like a good bunch of that shit existed on the 360/PS3 versions of the game before being taken out and converted for online.
