I've gotten so used to spelling out everything possible and preemptively answering the stupid questions I can think I could be asked in my first email to people but it never fails I get some mind numbing response still half the time

My favorite thing to do is when people aren't responding to me about fairly urgent stuff is CCing one of our main bosses bc he told me to and then they reply almost instantly and then me and him laugh about it

Do you also include a line along the lines of "hi, i enquired about this days ago, and haven't gotten a response. any chance you can get back to me on this?"

oh you know I CC direct supervisors on follow ups that werent done with customers every single time

No I usually just go to the last email sent and say "hey any update on this?" Until it's just a long chain of me asking lmao

I only have problems with people in company is the funniest part lmao not like in my office, but at the locations or corporate. All the outside people I deal with from like our manufacturers are so responsive and helpful

I'm technically dealing with some sales reps a lot too but they're like RV guys and super chill about it, I guess cause they don't have to move a lot of volume bc they're so expensive so it's easy to keep up with everything
