we are underage drinking misdemeanor

not to make excuses for myself but it was a giant mess up really. I was at a party at this kid got in a fight and everyone asked me to drive him home so I did. he asked me to stop at a gas station and while he was inside he stole a few bottles of beer and they reported it. I had no clue and when I got to his house the police were waiting in his yard with flashlights. as soon as I pulled into the driveway they asked me to get out and do the sobriety test.

The funny thing was, my friends gave me so much shit for it like, "how could you be so stupid." and then every single one of them got one.
