Another sleepless night for me. Gonna try and push myself to stay awake as long as I can today, to hopefully slowly get my shit back right until the next time I fuck it up

I had some Melatonin for awhile, til I ran out. Didn’t work so good for me sometimes. Think it’s cause I can’t like shut my brain off, in a it’s always thinking of stuff, and me thinking up questions without trying. So I gotta Google, or me overthinking things, or just being stressed out in general.
