well thats obviously not cool if true. I could certainly understand someone feeling their trust has been betrayed if they found out a trainer might be touching them inappropriately. Im sure a woman in the situation would feel potentially just as violated. now obviously it also could be a case of the trainer person coming out and feeling insecure afterwards thinking some stuff might have been touchy feely when it was not. or it could be a legit case of the trainer being a creep fuck.
