On another note, I cooked 3 pounds of marinated taco meat from La Michoacana yesterday. I'm finna be eating tacos for a week straight.

I've baked a taco pie a few nights ago. I've added the taco pie mix with Mexican rice, added more taco sauce. I turned out fantastic.
