Yup, Emily was seen as the bad person during the whole Wedding stuff, however if you look at it from her pov. Ross said his ex's name at the wedding, also was going to go to with Rachel on the honey moon. Rachel went to the Wedding just to ruin it for the both of them. Emily did what a normal person would do is not want an ex evolved. Also Julie was the gf of Ross's during the final episode of season 1 heading into season 2.
