They aren't aggressive and are actually pretty docile and shy around humans, but if living around humans can be *extremely* playful and cuddly.

Yeah. Lions, Tigers, Leopards, and Jaguars. Cheetahs regularly get bullied by fucking Hyenas, and they stand zero chance against the other big cats.

They're whole lifestyle is to run from conflict and simply feed off any smaller animal they can before other bigger predators pop up. Being able to run at 70mph certainly helps.
