And my professor for Trial practice says when I talk to a client or witness my tone and style is very "conversational" which he says is a good thing

and honestly even when I was at Starbucks my coworkers said I was the best in terms of dealing with customers.

I was great at dealing with customers working retail, I sell some great bullshit and am great St no selling ignorance and laughing about it once they leave

Having good regular customers can make a shift go by well. But one shit customer can ruin your week
