Not just "probably." It DID. It was offline for 2-3 months. Google ranks your site based on how long your site has been online. (That's one of the signals.)

Cam left it on the OLD server, and once it went down, left it there. And hurt WWEForums. Because if you leave it offline for a LONG time, pagerank goes down. Now, WWEForums still ranks #1 for "WWE Forums" or similar keywords. Its the other pages that ranks low NOW.
