I find 2 hour shows to easiest to book ngl

One hour weekly shows are so much easier to book and are genuinely better most of the time both irl or in fanfic forms I've found I've experimented with a ton of different schedules on TEW but my least favorite to book are always two hour TV shows or...god forbid longer

Well now you know why Vince has gone mad over the last 25 years

My wackiest schedule I ever did was when I was booking this child company in the C-verse that for lack of a better comparison like pre-NXT FCW or OVW but even less starpower. They started with just one event a month, but the parent company had just started their own network so I could put shows on there. I started with just one, one hour show a week, then added a second half hour B show....then I basically started a makeshift house show schedule (I was "too small" to run them, so I booked them manually) bc the guys just needed in-ring reps to improve faster and the current schedule wasn't cutting it. But then I decided...there's no negative to airing those shows on the parent company's network either since my costs were low and enough people still watched that I was making profit

I think I had 5 televised shows a week at one point, plus a monthly super show lmao

There was the A show, the b show and then the other 3 were "[Insert day of week here] LIVE!" and I just had the CPU book them and set them to being essentially touring shows lol

Oh you guys use the booking sim games for it? I thought it was something entirely different.

Not everyone uses Booking Sims - my Lucha Underground is pure creative

No, no. You can use it, but you certainly don't have to. Actually more people don't use programs and only write their BTBs.

Yeah and I'm the opposite lol I play TEW but don't do BTBs

Using TEW or a different Booking Sim with your BTB is always a good way, if you want some randomness and curve balls thrown your way (injuries, contracts, retirements etc), which makes the whole thing a bit more realistic.

I definitely like to not have it all in my hands to 100%... that's why I usually roll some dice after each show or month or something like that, to give myself some "problems". Depending on what kind of BTB I'm doing though.
