If it's anything similar to the job i had in 2019 as IT support, there was ton of people who had no clue about how to use VPN and i had to make very simple instructions for some of them how it works lol

No we have to have the VPN so we can connect to the shared network with all the files from home lol

I just assumed he's hiding with VPN. I thought this was more "off the books" request, y'know what i mean? You cleared up things. This is company "mandated." I got it now. I just assumed it was personal use.

Man he hadn't even gotten to the VPN part, I think he's confused about how to connect to wifi in general he rambled on for like 5 minutes trying to explain that he just needed the password for wifi here lol Like his whole computer was busted bc it didn't connect

I had one person who needed VPN but didn't even know what it was. Their reason to have it (they would get it anyway coz everyone were supposed to have access for it) "I dont know what it is but everyone else has it so i need it too"

Some computers do fail. What fixed it for me is updates.

Bro the IT guy was setting my boss's laptop up with the VPN so he could work from home if needed and he asked if the dude could make sure his laptop auto connected to his home wifi lmao bro you just connect like anything else
