Nah, just the audio. I think videos would be too distracting these days. Although I did sometimes fall asleep when I was younger with the TV on. I don't think I could do that anymore.
Since talking about what we wear to sleep in?? I usually sleep wearing Leggings (light material), and a star wars baby Grogu tshirt. I'll wear socks for about 5mins til my feet warm up under sheets. Then I'll take them Off the rest of the night.
I think good thing with podcasts is I have it so low I'm trying to listen to it so I guess maybe focusing on it so intently helps me sleep? Or something like that anyways, it seems to work most nights
