Hogan just randomly getting a title match at the end of the show and winning I'd never watch WrestleMania IX again, it pained me.

You should watch it again for Steiners vs. Headshrinkers, Michaels vs. Tatanka and the Double Doink Mirror spot though

Like I said, I was five. I'm happy that I was just a kid and continued watching.

It probably would be different if I watched it when I was young and didn't really know what was happening fully, but I was watching it older obviously and was like 'What the fuck' through the entire show

I didn't mind the multiple venues gimmick as a viewer although it seems like a nightmare logistically. but it resulted in some bad commentary bc of so many teams

Yeah it just one of those booking decisions that makes zero sense. You have the top babyface in the company weasel his way into a match with someone who had already competed lmao. What kind of crackhead booking is that

And I think Wrestlemania IX also deserves a small point for the venue and theming... with all of them in Togas and all that shit

I always considered WM 27 one of my least favourite, but looking at the card I did enjoy Cody/Rey, Punk/Orton and Triple H/Taker. So it does have at least those three matches going for it.
