Well, in the beginning WCW won't be as big as they were - I'm treating this as if it was a rebuilding phase. Hogan, Savage, Bischoff and a team of lawyers would have purchased the rights by Hogan selling his belts and doing meet and greets with Savage as the "Super Powers" since Vince owns the other name.
