The moment she made those Holocaust comparisons, regardless of whether it was private tweets or not, she became a public relations timebomb that no matter what they did, would cost them revenue (whether it would be substantial or not is moot). Disney is a corporation that stands by family values and one their employees, privately contracted or not, saying something that doesn't fit their values or their corporate opinions, it becomes a bad look and a contradiction for them.
