WWE seems to be afraid to fire longstanding women these days. I think their rep for women only lasting 5 years on average makes them watch over-correct and keep all these women for decades when they don't need to. Tamina, Rose, Fox, etc.

I feel like they barely fire anyone anymore, most of the time guys are choosing to not renew their contracts bc they aren't happy with how they were used

So many jobbers still have jobs that I wouldn't have expected and they're never on TV like the Colons, Slater, Titus

But in Titus's case I get it bc he does so much good press outside of the ring

WWE is definitely hording talent. They're afraid of new competition heating up. But, I mean it's one thing not to fire someone who sucks, but then there's Fox who wrestled drunk and it was Arn Anderson who got fired.

Titus is def worth it to WWE for the good he does alone and his story is a crazy one with his mom and whatnot.

Titus also should keep his job forever after his Greatest Royal Rumble entracne

Even if it's jobbing on Main Event, there should always be a place for him.
