They were... But for some reason they were unbanned from the site... Then several months later the site died in a blaze of drama.

With me, person I was feuding with, we had a blood feud going and they wanted to drop the char at the end of the feud. So we had a cage Match. I push them off at the end of the match into the ring and they died from the landing.

The only time I really had an issue with people using my character without permission was stuff related to that Grievous person. He legit kept making "commercials" and promos with Nova in it because, my guess, she was one of the only female characters in the fed.
